Healthcare ops still run on fragmented scheduling, siloed bed status, and documentation that steals clinician time. Co-pilots on top of that process do not change the work.
The Operating Model
What we redesigned
MedicalFlo is an early-stage uFlo portfolio startup. Intended operating model: an AI workforce owns patient-flow prediction, bed allocation coordination, and documentation prep — clinicians stay strategic operators with explicit escalation boundaries. Status: building on the shared uFlo core.
