Most AI companies are just building better co-pilots and wrappers. Work itself doesn't change. uFlo.ai started from a different belief: the future is AI workforces, not software licenses — and humans become strategic operators.
We identify industries with massive workflow friction, design the ideal operating model from scratch, and build reusable AI infrastructure — agents, memory, data, and orchestration — that every company in the portfolio shares.
Then we launch focused operating companies. SponsorFlo for sponsorship operations. MedicalFlo for healthcare workflows. Each solves one vertical problem and strengthens the shared engine.
That's the flywheel: every company adds data, infrastructure, and learnings that make the next company easier to build. Long term, the largest companies of the next 20 years will be AI native operating companies, not SaaS tools. uFlo exists to build them.
