Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build the agentic systems that power our portfolio brands. You'll work across the stack — from LLM orchestration and tool-use architectures to production deployment and monitoring.

This is a hands-on role. You'll ship autonomous workflows that handle real business processes for real customers. You'll work closely with product, domain experts, and clients to understand the problems worth solving, then build systems that solve them reliably at scale.

You'll join a small, senior team where everyone contributes to architecture decisions, code reviews, and the direction of the platform.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems
• Production experience with LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, tool use)
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval systems
• Track record of shipping and maintaining production systems
• Excellent written communication — we're async-first
