About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience across our portfolio of AI-native platforms. You'll design interfaces for complex autonomous systems — making powerful AI capabilities feel intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful.
You'll work on everything from dashboard design and workflow builders to monitoring interfaces and configuration UIs. The challenge: making AI systems transparent and controllable without overwhelming users with complexity.
This is a role for designers who think in systems, care deeply about craft, and want to define what great AI product design looks like.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing for complex workflows and data-rich interfaces
- Comfort with ambiguity — many of these design patterns don't exist yet
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
